Open that file in 7-zip (double click on it) and you should see three files: 'marsqx5.cat', 'marsqx5.inf' and 'marsqx5.sys'. Open that folder and scroll way down until you find the file 'Data1.cab' You should see a folder 'InstallDriverV2Vista64'
Use 7-Zip to open the 'Digital Blue QX5 Microscope.msi' file. In your install media folder you should hopefully have: If you have the Software installer you may be in luck, for me the 64bit drivers were a few levels deep inside the MSI, however appear to be unused during install.
My institution firewall prevents me from connecting to any of the file sharing services so I had to find this solution another way. Resurrecting an old thread for any small schools who still have these devices and cant download Accura2k7's package.
